Women of the ELCA "Come to the Waters" Graphics

Note to PC users: To save a graphic to your disk or hard drive, right click on the link, then on "save target as." Name your file as appropriate and save. If you do not see a graphic (but only an "x") when clicking on the TIF or JPG link — (did you remember to right-click, not left-click?) — check your file after saving it and you will see it has been saved.

Select the right file
If you are using a graphic for print, you can download the TIF file. For other uses, you may find the JPG file more appropriate. The graphic shown at right below is a GIF file and should be used only for the Web — not for print or placement on shirts or other items. A GIF file will be too grainy for your print and other projects.

The two- or three-color version of the GIF is preferred for use on your Web site. The GIF files shown here are 200 pixels wide. If you need a larger one for your Web site, contact us. We'll be happy to send you what you need.

How to use these graphics
Before using these graphics, please review these guidelines:

Colors: The graphic comes in black, black/gray shades, blue/green/black, and blue/black versions. When specifying colors with your printer, indicate the following: blue=Pantone 308, green=Pantone 382.
Fonts: The event title (Come to the Waters) font is Gil Sans Bold; text font is Gil Sans Regular.
Uses: The graphics are for use in promoting the Women of the ELCA 2008 Triennial Gathering: "Come to the Waters" to be held in Salt Lake City. For permission regarding all other uses, please contact Women of the ELCA at Women.ELCA@elca.org or 800-638-3522, ext. 2729.
Types of files: JPG or TIF files should be used for printed materials. Note that there are four "long" (horizontal) and three "short" (vertical) versions. The longer, horizontal version in color is the preferred version. However, use the short or long version depending on your space limitations. GIFs or JPGs saved at 72 dpi should be used on Web sites. The GIF files on this Web site are 200 pixels wide. If you need a larger size for your Web, contact us at Women.ELCA@elca.org.
